I don't know much about the crew members personality, but Flyzik has been around lots and since he's the tour manager, he got exposed a bit more than other crews.
So I choose Matt Flyzik.
His obsession of Mickey Mouse, and when Alex put on a video of him sleeping, that was so adorbs lol.
