Since I only know 2 Masters: Prof. Yana and The Master by John Simm, I would choose John Simm.
Even he's not really my -favorite-.
In fact, he SCARED me!
I had the same feeling when I saw Jim Moriarty of Sherlock, now I need to feel it again.
I really wish he would never come back! Everrrrrr!
